2 cups cooked rice
2 tsp oil
1 big onion cut lengthwise
1 capsicum chopped lengthwise
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp vangi bhath powder
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Heat oil and fry the onions and capsicum for some time till soft. Add turmeric powder, vangi bhath powder, salt and mix well. Add the cooked rice and mix well without breaking it.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and garnish with fried onions and capsicum.
