2 cups raw peanuts
1/2 cup gram flour/besan
2 tsp rice flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Oil to fry
Mix all the ingredients except peanuts and oil. Sprinkle some water and mix so that the peanuts are well coated with the spices.
Fry the peanuts in hot oil till crisp and golden brown.
Perfect snack for tea time.
