Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp ajwain powder (thymol seeds)
Finely chopped green chillies
Finely chopped coriander leaves

Prepare dough with wheat flour, salt and water and keep covered for half an hour.

Roll out the dough into thick rotis, place the stuffing in the center and close from all sides to form a ball. Dip in flour and roll out again into thick parathas.

Cook on hot tava with oil/ghee till brown spots appear on both the sides.
