Akki roti with veggies


Ingredients

2 cups rice flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chillies chopped finely
Finely chopped cabbage and grated carrots
2 tbsp grated coconut
Few curry leaves and coriander leaves chopped finely
Oil

Mix all ingredients except oil and sprinkle water to make a dough.

Grease a plastic sheet with a bit of oil. Take a small ball of the dough and pat it on the sheet evenly. If required wet your hands with little water and pat into round shape.

Heat tava and carefully transfer the akki roti to the tava.Spread a little oil over the sides and cook till done on both sides.

Serve hot.

my hubby makes the same roti sometimes, though he doesn't use veggies like you did! Yours look so yummy and healthy too. Will try this sometime. And the milk shake is tempting.
