Alu Sev Dahi Puri

Ingredients

Pooris
Salt
Chaat masala
Sev
Boiled and mashed potatoes
Sweet chutney
Green chutney
Curds
Coriander leaves

Place about 6 pooris on a plate and make a small hole on one side of each puri, ensuring that the puris dont break off. Place some boiled potatoes into it and sprinkle salt and chaat masala. Now add some yogurt to it and then green chutney, sweet chutney and sev.

Finally add more curds and sprinkle some more chaat masala and sev. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Serve immediately after assembling.

This dish would also feature in my event WYF:Color in Food .
