1 cup bengalgram dal soaked in water for 2 hours
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 green chilli finely chopped
Finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp grated coconut
Cook the bengalgram dal in little water till soft. Dont overcook it till mushy. Drain out the excess water.
Add the rest of the ingredients to it and mix well.
Serve as a salad.
