Ingredients
4 cups boiled milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
Few strands of saffron soaked in warm milk
Chopped pista
2 tsp pista (ground into paste)
Sugar (as required considering the sweetness of condensed milk)
Mix all the ingredients well and keep heating it till it reduces to less than half. Cool and pour them into kulfi moulds and freeze for a day.
Run the moulds under water for a minute to easily remove the kulfi from the mould.
Serve immediately.

halwa looks yummy! is it possible to make this just with wheat flour instead of white flour?
i always use left over burfee to make a ice cream, i cant wait to try this, is the consistency more creamy or more hard?
