Bittergourd cut into small circles
Salt to taste
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp wheat flour
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Oil to fry
Mix all the ingredients except oil and sprinkle some water to get a coating on the bittergourd.
Let it stay covered for 10 minutes. Now deep fry them in hot oil till crisp and cooked.
