Ingredients
Bittergourd cut into small circles
Salt to taste
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp wheat flour
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Oil to fry
Mix all the ingredients except oil and sprinkle some water to get a coating on the bittergourd.
Let it stay covered for 10 minutes. Now deep fry them in hot oil till crisp and cooked.

Meaning to try this for a very long time. Thanks for sharing the recipe:) Actually there is only one person in the family who luvs it{my daughter), so it never got made so far!
This recipe reminded me of my Mom she used to make this bittergourd recipe after squeezing the bitter juices out of it. That was the only way I could eat bittergourd. I also got a recipe on my site you should check out. Regards Nitie
