Bhel Puri


Ingredients (Translation)

2 cups puffed rice
Sev
Sweet chutney
Green chutney
Roasted Groundnuts
Roasted dal
Salt to taste
Chat masala
2 pieces of papdi (Make small puris from a dough of wheat flour, ghee and salt, prick them with a sharp knife and fry them till golden brown)

Mix all of them together and serve immediately. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

love bhel..and yours looks soo good...i sometimes sub the sev for cornflakes..it reduces calories and gives great crunch too :)
