Just add some ajwain powder, red chilli powder, salt and boiled potatoes if any, mash well and make parathas the usual way.
Enjoy with curd and pickles.

i love visiting your blog everyday.i find the recipes very simple to make and yet very tasty. Y'day i tried your carrot-peas masala.what can i say.i just loved it.No ginger- garlic and yet very tasty.even my hubby loved it very much.this is a keeper for sure.one doubt though- the gram paste to be added was it chutney dal -dalia .i added the same. can i use any other combination of veggies for the same masala? thanks
Thanks a lot Sharu for ur appreciation and kind words. I am happy that you tried out my recipe and it came out well. Gram paste is besan in hindi or kadalai maavu in tamil. It is not the chutney dal, but bengalgram flour. You surely can try out other combinations as well for the same masala.
