Carrot Kosumbari




Ingredients

2 Big carrots grated
Salt to taste
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Few curry leaves
1 green chilli chopped finely
1/2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp bengalgram dal

Heat oil, add mustard and bengalgram dal. When it starts spluttering, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
