Ingredients
1/4 kg boiled baby potatoes
Salt to taste
3 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp crushed kasuri methi
Heat oil, add mustard and cumin seeds. When it splutters, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Roast on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Serve with rotis or rice.
