Bran rice dosa

Ingredients

2 cups bran rice
1/2 cup blackgram dal (urad)
1/2 cup red poha(flattened rice)
Salt to taste

Soak the rice for 5-6 hours or preferably overnight. Soak the dal and poha seperately for 1-2 hours.

Grind the urad and poha mixture first till super smooth. Then add the rice and grind well till soft and not grainy. Add salt and mix well. Allow it to ferment for 6-8 hours.

Heat tava and spread a ladle of batter to make dosa. Add a little oil in the sides and cook well on both sides. Serve hot with sambar or chutney of your choice.
