Budding blogger: Piper

Budding blogger series introduces new bloggers (those blogging for less than a year) every wednesday and promotes their blogs through Simple Indian Food. If you are interested in being a part of this series, please mail me a short description about your blog, the cuisine you specialize and your objective/inspiration in blogging to easycrafts@gmail.com.

Today's featured blogger is Piper from The Crazy Apron. Read more about her

The title of my blog, "The Crazy Apron" came to mind because I feel I lead a pretty hectic schedule. I work 40+ hours a week (at a radio station, which means several weekends as well) and I'm in school part time. I also cook just about every single meal and make just about everything homemade (sauces, flour, etc).

My goal in the blog is to let people know that you can lead a hectic schedule and cook a delicious meal with healthy ingredients. "Healthy" to me just means real food. Real butter, real meat, whole flours, real spices, real plain yogurt - real ingredients that will add nutrition to your body. I avoid diet foods like the plague and try to show people that you can have filling, tasty meals that are still very healthy.

Here's my blog if you want to take a look.
