Bhendi Masala


Ingredients (Translation)


1/4 kg Ladies Finger
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Oil
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds powder
1/4 tsp Coriander seeds powder
Salt to taste

Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Now add the ladies finger cut into long pieces and mix well. Allow it to cook on medium flame for five minutes. When cooked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, tomato puree, cumin seeds powder and coriander seeds powder.

Mix well and bring it to a boil.

Serve with chapatis.
