Congratulations! I follow this Blog as I love Indian food, and it has to be simple for someone like me who has no connection with the Indian Subcontinent at all - except an admiration and appreciation of its culture, its beautiful, breathtaking landscape, its melodies which are so different, a preference for Indian style food above any other, and an interest in its people. :-)
