Ingredients

Boiled & mashed potatoes-1/2 cup
Besan-1 cup
Salt,red chilli powder-as required
Oil(dont heat)-3tbsp
Water-as required

Method:

Grind potatoes in mixie (no need of water). Put it in a bowl then add besan,salt,red chilli powder,oil and mix well to get a dough. If required add little water to get dough. Then heat oil in kadai, put dough in sev mould and fry until golden brown colour.
