Awesome !!! I cannot stop eating them !!! Next time, I think I will keep the ghee melted because initially, it was hard to form balls. Then I threw the entire mix into the microwave for 30 seconds. It helped loosen the ghee and then I was able to form balls. It made me remember making rava orundai. I would love to know whether I can use half ghee and half milk to lessen its calories. do you think it will lose its taste that way ???

Thanks,
Anusha
