Ingredients
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped beans
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 cup grated coconut
Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds and when it splutters add the curry leaves and chopped vegetables. Add a little water and cook it till soft.
Add salt, grated coconut and mix well.
Serve with rice.
