Boondi Raita/Pachadi


Ingredients

1/2 cup boondi
Bit of salt
Bit of asafoetida
1 cup curd
Few curry leaves
2 tbsp roasted groundnuts
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
Finely chopped coriander leaves

Heat oil, add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add the curds and rest of the ingredients to it. Mix well and chill before serving.
