We had this dosa at a mall recently and the filling was quite interesting and tangy.
Ingredients
Dosa batter
200 grams paneer cut lengthwise
Salt to taste
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 onion cut lengthwise
Oil
Fry the paneer pieces slightly and keep aside. Heat 1 tsp oil, add onions and fry for a few minutes. Add a bit of salt, soya sauce and red chilli sauce. Finally add the paneer pieces and mix well.
Make thin and crispy dosas and place the paneer filling inside. Roll and cut lengthwise into three or four pieces. Serve immediately with chutney and sambars.

ReplyDeleteOh!, this is something new !, seems to be nice & yummy with a different flavour with the dosa..
ReplyDeleteThats something new..we get a cutting dosa here, in which the regular potato onion stuffing of dosa is spread on a plain dosa with some chopped raw onions, some Chaat masala and the mixture is kinda smeared (instead of simply placing it)and then dosa is rolled and cut this way..the reason for telling u all this is that ur dosa reminded me of that and now i am craving for some...paneer stuffing makes it very unique :-)
