Ingredients
Baby corn cut into pcs
2 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Mix all the dry ingredients and add the baby corn to it. Sprinkle few drops of water to gather them and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and well cooked.
Serve hot
Perfect on a rainy day with a cu of masala chai...Nice n crispy...
