Ingredients
1 big cucumber cut into small pieces
Salt to taste
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 small pieces of red chillies
1 tsp lemon juice
Mix cucumber, salt, coconut and lemon juice well. Temper with mustard seeds and red chillies.

ReplyDeletei think its the addition of coconut that gives it a distinctive flavor.sometimes i use grated raddish instead of cucumber and it tastes even better. sometimes i use boiled and mashed pumkin and that is my fav.
