Ingredients
2 boiled potatoes
Oil to fry
1 small onion chopped
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds powder
Chat masala powder
Sweet chutney
Green chutney
Red chilli powder
Fine sev
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them in hot oil till crispy.
Sprinkle the masala powders, salt, sev and chutneys over it. Garnish with chopped onions and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
